These Terms of Service govern your use of the MyJewelryGuy website and your purchase of products from MyJewelryGuy.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
ABOUT MYJEWELRYGUY
MyJewelryGuy provides finished jewelry, made-to-order jewelry, custom and personalized options, educational information, and customer guidance.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We work to present product descriptions, measurements, gemstone information, metal details, photographs, pricing, and availability accurately.
Photographs, lighting, magnification, and screen settings can affect apparent color and scale. Natural gemstones, pearls, and handcrafted or made-to-order items may have reasonable variations in color, pattern, measurement, or appearance. These expected variations are not necessarily defects.
Measurements and carat weights identified as approximate may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
Educational content on this website is general guidance. It does not replace an independent appraisal, laboratory report, or professional advice when one is required.
ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order but does not guarantee final acceptance.
MyJewelryGuy may decline or cancel an order because of:
• Pricing or product-information errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Unavailable materials
• Production limitations
• Payment problems
• Shipping restrictions
• Other legitimate business reasons
If MyJewelryGuy cancels an order after payment, the amount collected for the canceled item will be refunded.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product selections and providing accurate billing, shipping, sizing, personalization, and contact information.
MADE-TO-ORDER AND CUSTOM WORK
Items identified as made to order, custom, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, or specially sourced are prepared specifically for the customer.
Production or sourcing may begin shortly after an order is accepted. Once that work begins, cancellation is not guaranteed and the item is final sale, except when a covered problem is confirmed under our Return and Refund Policy.
Production timelines are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
If a material or configuration becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss a reasonable alternative, revised timeline, or cancellation.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable costs are displayed at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice, but changes do not affect an order already accepted except when correcting an obvious error.
Payment must be authorized before an order proceeds.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout and are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Production time and shipping transit time are separate. A made-to-order item must finish production before carrier transit begins.
Delivery estimates can be affected by production, carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems, security reviews, or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and secure delivery address and for reviewing tracking and delivery information.
Contact Matt@MyJewelryGuy.com promptly if a shipment appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND DEFECTS
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged shipments, incorrect items, and suspected defects are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Made-to-order and custom items cannot be returned because of a change of mind once production begins.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
WEBSITE USE
You may use this website only for lawful personal or household purposes.
You may not:
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Submit fraudulent orders
• Copy protected content for commercial use
• Upload malicious software
• Use automated systems in a manner that burdens or damages the website
• Use the website for unlawful or abusive purposes
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
This website may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, jewelry suppliers, laboratories, social platforms, and other third parties.
Their separate terms and policies may apply. MyJewelryGuy is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The MyJewelryGuy name, website design, original text, graphics, photography, videos, guides, and other original content are owned by or licensed to MyJewelryGuy.
This content may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its informational content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing.
