Please allow approximately 1–3 weeks before shipment because availability varies by letter and metal. Some combinations may ship sooner. If you need the necklace by a particular date, contact Matt before ordering so we can confirm the current timeline.

Because this necklace is made for your selected letter and metal, it is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for preference or an incorrectly selected letter. If it arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the letter and metal shown on your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Choosing Your Metal

Sterling silver and gold-plated sterling silver offer the design at a more approachable price. Solid 14K gold has no plated sterling-silver base and is available in white, yellow, or rose gold. The design remains the same; the differences are metal composition, care, color availability, and price. Choose according to how you plan to wear the piece and what matters most to you.
